The steps you need to operate:
Step 1. Create a bootable CD from Offline NT Password & Registry Editor Website with a another windows PC with admin account access.
Step 2. Boot the lock windows computer with the Bootable CD
Step 3. Choose the disk where the windows system partition resides
Step 4. The next choice is to select the path to the windows system directory and registry. The program will automatically find the correct path and put it in for default.
